As an HOA Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of our homeowner association (HOA) management software for our clients. What you'll be doing 

  • Collaborating with clients to understand their HOA management requirements and goals 
  • Planning and coordinating the implementation process, ensuring timelines are met 
  • Configuring the software to align with clients' specific needs and preferences 
  • Conducting training sessions for clients to ensure effective software adoption 
  • Assisting clients with data migration and system integration processes
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues during the implementation phase 
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients during and after implementation 
  • Conducting post-implementation reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement 
  • Documenting implementation processes, best practices, and client-specific configurations 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in HOA operations, management, or software implementation 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple implementations simultaneously 
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Technical proficiency and familiarity with software implementation processes
  • Detail-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment 

Preferred candidates for this role are an experienced HOA Implementation Specialist with a strong background in HOA operations, management, or software implementation. They should have excellent project management skills and a customer-focused mindset. They possess technical proficiency and are comfortable working with software implementation processes. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role. Effective communication and the ability to work independently in a remote team environment are highly valued. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced HOA Implementation Specialist (Remote). We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
