Filled Positions

As an Intelligence Team Lead, you will oversee a team responsible for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence information. You will work remotely, collaborating with team members located in various regions. 

What you'll be doing

• Leading and managing a team of intelligence analysts and specialists 
• Developing and implementing intelligence collection strategies 
• Analyzing and interpreting complex intelligence information 
• Presenting intelligence findings to stakeholders and decision-makers 
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies 
• Collaborating with internal and external partners to enhance intelligence capabilities 
• Providing mentorship and training to team members 
• Managing team resources, including budgets and technology 
• Maintaining proficiency in intelligence collection and analysis techniques 

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Intelligence Studies, Political Science, or related field 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in intelligence analysis or related field 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment 
• Experience with intelligence analysis tools and techniques 
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations 
• Familiarity with geospatial analysis and tools 
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills 
• Experience leading or managing a team 

Preferred candidates that have previous experience in leading intelligence teams or related fields, and prior experience working in remote environments. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.
