As an International Claims Admin, you will primarily handle the drafting of reports necessary for our international clients, which will include some skip tracing/investigation work as well as adding direct contact with those clients, providing updates on their collection accounts, litigation files, and monitored bankruptcies. 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Reading and interpreting collection notes and clients' documents 
  • Outline client reports to be used in investigation, litigation, settlement and etc.  
  • Identify issues and provide solutions 
  • Track and monitor the claims progress through the processing cycle 
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism with clients 
  • Identify and resolve claim inconsistencies 
  • Keep detailed records and documentation of all claim's activity 

Requirements 

  • Bachelors’ degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial management or a related field 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
  • 5 years' experience in client services, skip tracing, and/or collections environments 
  • SalesForce experience 
  • Tech savvy 
  • Can work in a fast pace environment 
  • Multi-tasker 
  • Can speak both mandarin and Spanish 

Preferred candidates strong understanding of all major and international insurance policies, and can work fast in a multichannel retail environment. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced International Claims Admin. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
