Inventory Analyst

As an Inventory Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing and tracking the client's inventory, analyzing data and suggesting tactics to enhance inventory turnover and increase profitability. 

What you’ll be doing 

  • At least 5 years of experience in Inventory Management, with Amazon experience being a big advantage
  • Good understanding of Amazon selling models, such as 1P, 3P, FBA, and SFP
  • Proficiency in data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques
  • Excellent written communication skills and experience managing suppliers
  • Expertise in Excel, including standard reporting, analysis, data queries/manipulation, etc
  • Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
  • Strong analytical skills and math abilities
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to analyze performance and optimize to KPIs
  • Familiarity with Asana
  • Experience in managing agency relationships (preferred)
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Capability to handle multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Prior experience with Amazon is a plus

 

Requirements

  • Sound understanding of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques 
  • Excellent written communication skills and experience in supplier management 
  • Expertise in Excel, with proficiency in standardized reporting, analysis, data queries/manipulation, and related areas 
  • Ability to accurately track inventory and generate reports 
  • An analytical mindset with strong mathematical skills 
  • Ability to forecast performance and perform gap analysis (preferred) 
  • Familiarity with using Asana 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
  • Experience working with Amazon is preferred 

Preferred candidates with outstanding organizational and planning skills, have Experienced in agency relationship/management and are proficient in analytical and reporting skills, including performance measurement and optimization based on KPIs. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.     

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Inventory Analyst. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
