Inventory Manager E-commerce

As an Inventory Manager E-commerce, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the inventory operations of our e-commerce business. Your main objective will be to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of goods, from purchasing to shipping. You will work closely with the operations team to identify inventory gaps, develop action plans, and improve inventory forecasting. 

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement inventory management procedures and policies 
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy 
  • Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to optimize inventory levels 
  • Work with logistics providers to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments 
  • Identify inventory trends and recommend adjustments to buying patterns 
  • Analyze inventory performance data and create reports for management 
  • Implement and manage an inventory control system 
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and adjustments 
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory management or related field 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent  interpersonal skills 
  • Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office 
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and logistics 
  • Ability to work independently and within a team 

Preferred candidates that have experience with Amazon Fulfillment and/or other e-commerce marketplaces, knowledgeable of international shipping regulations and customs procedures, familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques and have certification in inventory management or supply chain management. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.  

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Inventory Manager Ecommerce. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
