As a Junior Full Stack Developer (C#.Net React), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications using C#, .NET, and React. We are seeking a highly skilled individual with a strong technical background and expertise in both frontend and backend development. This role requires a deep understanding of web development principles, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

What you'll be doing 

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for web application development 
• Designing and implementing scalable and efficient frontend and backend solutions 
• Writing clean, well-structured, and maintainable code in C#, .NET, and React
• Developing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Implementing responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks and libraries 
• Conducting code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices 
• Troubleshooting and debugging complex issues across the full stack 
• Participating in architectural discussions and making recommendations for improvements
• Keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in web development 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with expertise in C#, .NET, and React 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English). 
• Strong knowledge of web development principles, including frontend and backend technologies
• Experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks like React 
• Proficiency in backend technologies such as C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and SQL databases 
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and development 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities 

Preferred candidates with a track record of successfully delivering full stack web development projects. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps practices, and version control systems (e.g., Git) will be highly valued. Strong knowledge of software development best practices, such as test-driven development and continuous integration, is desirable. The ability to mentor and guide junior developers is also an important quality we seek in candidates.
