As a Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in our finance team by analyzing financial data, providing insights, and supporting strategic decision-making. Your expertise in financial analysis and reporting will contribute to the optimization of our company's financial performance and operational efficiency. 

What you'll be doing 

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights 
• Analyzing financial statements and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities 
• Preparing budget forecasts and financial projections to guide decision-making 
• Monitoring and reporting on variances between budgeted and actual financial results 
• Providing recommendations for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and process improvements 
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports 
• Conducting financial analysis to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives 
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations 
• Contributing to the development and improvement of financial processes and controls 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role 
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques and reporting principles 
• Proficiency in using financial software and advanced spreadsheet applications 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
• Effective negotiation and presentation abilities
