As a Managing Director of Web Development, you are responsible for the leadership, management and performance of the company’s Web Development, Design and ongoing Web Maintenance services, the overall performance of the Web Development department, including P&L goals through revenue growth and client retention. 

What You'll Be Doing  

Improving the Web Development and Design offering from an amazing strategy, to efficient and quality execution 

• Supervising the performance of the WebDev P&L through revenue growth 
• Strategic vision planning for future growth opportunities 
• Creating a strategic plan for implementing new technology solutions within an organization 
• Analyzing data, creating reports, and developing solutions to problems using computer software such as Adobe Dreamweaver or WordPress 
• Recommending changes to current website design or functionality based on consumer feedback or new business goals 
• Coordinating with marketing teams to create and promote new content for websites 
• Creating prototypes of new websites or features to be tested with users before launching them 
• Creating a budget for new projects or updating an existing budget based on project requirements 
• Managing website operations including hosting, maintenance, and security 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Programming, Software Development, IT or related field 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
• 3 Consistent years of PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript development experience 
• 3 Years in the field of web development 
• Deep understanding of WordPress and the Gutenberg Block system 
• High efficiency in task switching and the ability to constantly switch from macro to micro as needed and often 
• Attention to detail is a must 
• Excellent organization skills 
• Solid understanding of version control software such as GIT Lab is a plus 
• Solid understanding of DNS is a plus 

Preferred candidates that are creative who can focus on creating, implementing, testing, and reporting on sales and marketing funnels via our digital platforms (web, email, mobile apps etc.) as well as demonstrate a history of deconstructing user behavior to create an improved experience for users. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Managing Director of Web Development. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
