Job Description
Seeking a Marketing VA skilled in WIX, SEO, social media, design, and QuickBooks. Must excel in digital marketing, research, and English communication. Full-time, US-hours remote role.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Web Development & Maintenance: Oversee WIX website design, implementation, and updates. Ensure content is SEO-optimized and manage the scheduling and posting of articles and blogs.
  2. Social Media Management: Handle LinkedIn and other social platforms, focusing on developing connections and maintaining the account. Regularly post articles and information relevant to Leadership Development. While content will be provided, the ability to conduct independent research for additional content is essential.
  3. Newsletter Management: Take charge of the complete newsletter process, from organizing the mailing list to selecting an outreach platform. Collaborate with management for content creation.
  4. Design: Ensure a consistent and professional appearance across all marketing materials, including information decks and other collateral. Basic layout skills are required.
  5. Research: Identify and summarize relevant articles and books that align with our brand and offerings.
  6. Bookkeeping Assistance: Use QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks, dedicating 2-4 hours monthly to organize and monitor financial records.
  7. Survey Management: Implement and manage a survey tool platform to gather valuable feedback.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Proficiency with the WIX platform and a solid understanding of SEO.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Basic design skills and an eye for consistency in branding.
  • Ability to conduct independent research.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Remote work experience in a US environment.
  • Excellent communication and English, written and spoken.
