As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions. You will also be responsible for analyzing and optimizing campaign performance and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. 

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more 
  • Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI 
  • Create and manage ad creative, including copy and images/video 
  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance 
  • Analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing and business goals 
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance 
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies 
  • Present campaign performance updates and recommendations to stakeholders 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms 
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms 
  • Experience with ad copywriting and creative development 
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset 
  • Excellent collaboration skills 
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment 

Preferred candidates that have experience managing campaigns with large budgets, A/B testing and experimentation, great familiarity with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools and has Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Paid Media Manager. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
