As a Paid Social Analyst, you will join our dynamic marketing team to drive and deliver our social media campaigns. You will be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns on various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Additionally, you will collaborate with our content creation team to align our paid campaigns with the brand's messaging and guidelines. 

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting audience research and competitive analysis to inform campaign targeting and messaging 
  • Developing and executing paid social media campaigns across platforms 
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results 
  • Collaborating with the creative team to develop ad creative, landing pages and other assets 
  • Contributing to the overall marketing strategy and collaborating with other members of the marketing team 
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving campaigns, ad accounts, and pixels 
  • Managing and optimizing ad spend 
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices 
  • Reporting campaign performance to leadership team 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in paid social media advertising 
  • Proficient in advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads, etc. 
  • Experience with Google Analytics and data analysis 
  • Strong collaboration skills 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines 
  • Detail-oriented and organized 

Preferred candidates that have experience in B2B lead generation, experience with A/B testing and experimentation, great knowledge of SEO and SEM principles and experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Paid Social Analyst. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
