As a Product Analyst Associate, you will be a crucial member of our product team, responsible for analyzing data and providing valuable insights to drive product development and improvement. Your expertise in data analysis, user behavior, and market trends will be instrumental in shaping our product strategy and enhancing user experiences. What you'll be doing 

• Conducting data analysis and interpreting product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement 
• Collaborating with product managers and cross-functional teams to define product goals and KPIs 
• Performing user research and analyzing user feedback to understand customer needs and pain points
• Creating and maintaining product analytics dashboards to track key metrics and monitor trends 
• Conducting A/B tests to optimize product features and user experiences 
• Analyzing market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities and inform product strategy 
• Assisting in the development of product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on data insights 
• Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and methodologies 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field 
• Proven work experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar analytical role 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
• Familiarity with SQL or other querying languages for data manipulation 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail 
• Excellent presentation abilities 

Preferred candidates with experience in product analysis for software or technology products and expertise in user research methodologies will be preferred. A track record of driving product insights from data and contributing to product strategy is highly desirable.
