As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible in designing and managing all aspects of a product's marketing strategy, including press releases, social media content, videos, infographics and work in close collaboration with other team members, such as designers and engineers, to create accurate and impactful content.

What you’ll be doing

  • Marketing Leadership: Collaborate with the general manager to design and implement comprehensive marketing plans, including utilizing Google Analytics/Ads, Hubspot Marketing, SEO, partnerships, growth initiatives, and more.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Work with the team and the internal marketing group to create effective marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at generating growth for existing and new products and reaching new market segments.
  • Content Creation Management: Generate ideas and create various types of content, such as blogs, newsletters, guides, guest posts, case studies, and social media posts, to support the marketing strategy and maintain brand consistency across all channels.
  • Lead Generation: Take ownership of lead acquisition and qualification for the sales pipeline.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and evaluate marketing KPIs, analyze the results, provide regular reports, and identify best practices. Stay updated on marketing strategy changes and their impact on products.
  • Research: Keep an eye on competitors and their growth tactics, and develop new marketing ideas.

Requirements

  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for technology/software companies, with preference given to those with prior experience in a tech startup or SaaS environment.
  • A degree in marketing/communications or 3-4 years of marketing experience in a B2B company, particularly in the SaaS or software industry.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics + Ads, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Hotjar, Hubspot, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Fast learner with strong initiative and analytical skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.
  • Comfortable with a remote-first work setup.
  • A passion for dynamic roles that involve strategy, implementation, and content creation.
  • Strong copywriting skills and knowledge of SEO best practices.

Preferred candidates with experience and specialized in branding activities related to the product, the branding expert ensures that the branding is consistent and easily associated with the product through their experience. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Product Marketing Specialist. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
