We seek an experienced Remote Managing Accountant to lead our Business Processing team of 10-15 accountants. Your exceptional organizational skills, communication abilities, cultural savvy, and process-driven mindset will drive productivity and achieve financial objectives.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 accountants.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment and effective communication.
- Train team members on accounting applications and tools to enhance productivity.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify professional development opportunities.
- Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
- Drive process improvements for productivity, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
- Foster a positive, inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration and a strong work ethic.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

- Proven experience in managing accountants or similar leadership role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and great presentation.
- Excellent communication skills and C2 English.
- Experience handling US corporate clients and accounts.
- Cultural savvy and ability to work effectively with diverse backgrounds and levels of experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and applications, with the ability to train and mentor team members.
- A detail-oriented mindset focused on accuracy and data integrity.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
