As an Ecommerce Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering successful ecommerce projects. What you'll be doing

  • Leading and managing end-to-end ecommerce projects, from planning to execution and delivery
  • Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers, to drive project success
  • Developing project timelines, assigning tasks, and tracking progress to ensure on-time delivery
  • Conducting regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders, and addressing any issues
  • Managing project budgets and resources effectively to optimize project outcomes
  • Monitoring project risks, identifying mitigation strategies, and proactively addressing project challenges
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conducting post-project evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvemen

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in ecommerce or digital marketing projects
  • In-depth knowledge of ecommerce platforms, such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices, user experience, and conversion optimization
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Preferred candidates for this position hold an advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. They have practical experience in international ecommerce and possess a deep understanding of global marketplaces. Holding certifications in project management (such as PMP or Agile) is highly valued. Moreover, candidates with knowledge of SEO principles and strategies for ecommerce websites, familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics, and prior experience in implementing ecommerce integrations with third-party systems are preferred. Demonstrated success in effectively managing ecommerce projects and achieving business objectives is a significant advantage. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced emote Ecommerce Project Manager. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
