As a Renewals Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer renewals and ensuring high customer retention rates. Your strong relationship-building and negotiation skills will be instrumental in managing renewal contracts and upselling opportunities.  

What you'll be doing 

  • Managing the renewal process for existing customers and negotiating contract terms 
  • Proactively engaging with customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities 
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Collaborating with sales and account management teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention 
  • Analyzing customer data and usage patterns to identify potential risks and opportunities 
  • Developing and executing customer success strategies to maximize renewals 
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service 
  • Providing regular reports and updates on renewal performance to management
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of renewal processes and best practices 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or sales 
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • Excellent presentation and presentation abilities 
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis tools 
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in managing contract renewals and upselling 

Preferred candidates will have a track record of successfully managing customer renewals and achieving high customer retention rates. They will possess a customer-centric approach and have a deep understanding of customer success strategies. Experience in the technology or SaaS industry and familiarity with CRM software would be advantageous. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Renewals Manager. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
