As a Research and Development Manager (Remote), you will lead and oversee our remote research and development initiatives. What you'll be doing

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as an R&D Manager or similar role
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- Strong knowledge of R&D processes and best practices
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Familiarity with intellectual property laws and patent processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Preferred candidates for this role will have a successful track record in leading and managing research and development initiatives. Experience in driving innovation, managing remote teams, and bringing new products to market will be highly valued. Additionally, candidates with advanced degrees, industry certifications, and a passion for staying at the forefront of technology and industry trends will be given preference.
We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Research and Development Manager (Remote). We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
