As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for generating daily sales leads while acquiring and retaining customers and managing multiple accounts for the sales team. 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Handling customer questions, arranging meetings and sales appointments, and updating customers on their order progress 
  • Generating a daily list of sales prospects, assigning them to the sales team, and supplying the sales team with sales statistics and resources 
  • Creating and tracking performance metrics for sales and personnel, overseeing sales tracking systems, and generating reports 
  • Tracking sales patterns and collaborating with account managers to create sales plans 
  • Handling orders efficiently and promptly, accommodating rush orders as requested, and examining outstanding orders and customer needs to guarantee customer satisfaction 
  • Administering customer accounts, contacting customers for administrative purposes, and offering support in resolving issues related to orders, account statuses, and other challenges 
  • Entering sales data, metrics, and other pertinent information and keeping a well-organized and easily retrievable filing system 
  • Executing administrative tasks for the company and its executives and management teams 
  • Arranging customer meetings and conferences 

Requirements 

  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • Possessing a background in administrative tasks and handling substantial office workloads is a plus 
  • Demonstrating robust analytical, organizational, and time management aptitudes 
  • Having superior teamwork, interpersonal, communication, motivational, and customer service abilities 
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities 
  • Competency in computer use, information technology, and typing proficiency 
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and customer service methodologies 

Preferred candidates who possess strong time management and organizational abilities, as well as demonstrate exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service abilities. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.     

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious Sales Support Specialist. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
