What you'll be doing 

  • Building strong relationships with a portfolio of clients and acting as their primary point of contact 
  • Providing proactive guidance, support, and strategic advice to clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services 
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to address customer needs and exceed their expectations 
  • Conducting regular business reviews and check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and uncover upsell opportunities 
  • Managing customer escalations and resolving issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Analyzing customer data and usage patterns to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies for increasing customer engagement and adoption 
  • Monitoring key customer success metrics and developing action plans to mitigate churn and drive customer retention 
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and product updates to effectively guide customers and align their goals with our solutions 
  • Contributing to the development of customer success processes, resources, and best practices to scale our operations and deliver exceptional service 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 
  • 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of clients in a SaaS or technology company 
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex customer requirements and provide effective solutions
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple clients simultaneously 
  • Experience working with CRM and customer success platforms to track customer interactions and measure success metrics
