As a Senior Account Planner, you must be passionate about planning creative and innovative strategies that solve consumers’ problems and lead clients to success, and with experience in strategy and/or account planning to make our client’s campaigns even better.

What You'll Be Doing 

  • Encourage a diverse range of clients with a vision for their digital strategy and marketing campaigns  
  • Help improve the company’s internal practices to augment productivity and results 
  • Establish business objectives and deploy measurable KPIs to track the progress of initiatives 
  • Create briefs, and simplify brainstorms and working sessions among company leaders to enhance digital campaigns and concepts 
  • Develop strong trust relationships with clients 
  • Spearhead the discovery process to find consumer, customer, competitive, and client insights   
  • Pitch new businesses, presenting proposals to new and potential clients 
  • Request vendor proposals based on specific requirements, analyze bids and make recommendations to clients 
  • Team up with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Social Media, etc.) to guarantee key deliverables of the strategic vision  

Requirements 

  • Must have at least C1/C2 Level English (written and spoken English) 
  • 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing  
  • Enthusiastic about big ideas and innovative process  
  • Knowledgeable in data analytics tools and able to create actionable insights using these tools 
  • Knowledgeable in brand concept strategy 
  • Ability to interpret online and offline data for marketing development 
  • Must have experience in both qualitative and quantitative data  

Preferred candidates with expertise in turning data into insights and insights into killer strategies and can work during US business hours.

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Senior Account Planner. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
