As a Senior Manager for Programmatic, you will be responsible Programmatic, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that align with brand and business goals. What you’ll be doing 

  • You will work closely with the business development, client experience, and client success teams to ensure client success
  • You will manage programmatic campaigns to achieve campaign objectives, including bidding, budget management, forecasting, performance monitoring, testing, expanding campaigns, and conducting business reviews
  • You will organize the naming system for all components in the ad server, such as campaigns, packages, placements, ads, and creative materials
  • Advise on the best audience segments based on the client's target
  • Suggest the most suitable channel tactics, platforms, and partners
  • Operate and manage day-to-day activities of campaigns on platforms, including DSPs [The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon, Verizon], and paid social platforms [Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter], with the support of the Associate Media Manager (AMM)
  • Regulate purchasing processes within the platform and through external partners
  • Investigate and propose program optimizations based on platform capabilities, website analytics, and media opportunities 
  • Collect and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly data to uncover relevant insights and present comprehensive stories
  • Ensure vendors are paid promptly by handling internal finance deliverables; working with JIRA, Nexelus, and Prisma
  • Serve as the Audience Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal and external communication, responding to emails and questions from the Integrated and Performance teams and vendor partners
  • Proactively bring new ideas and suggestions to the team regarding media, processes, reporting, etcetera
  • Efficiently manage time and projects across multiple clients, tasks, etcetera
  • Mentor and supervise junior talent, including Associate Media Managers, Junior Associates, and Interns

 

Requirements 

  • 5 years of relevant work experience 
  • Expertise in third-party ad servers and DSPs such as Google Campaign Manager 360, Google Display & Video 360, and The Trade Desk 
  • Additional experience in Amazon Shopper marketing is a benefit 
  • In-depth understanding of the complete campaign process, including setup, optimization, reporting, billing, and insights in programmatic advertising 
  • A history of supporting national brands with substantial digital ad spend 
  • Familiarity with direct response metrics such as CPL, CAC, CLV, and lead-to-sale ratio 
  • A background in campaign modeling and forecasting is desirable 
  • Strong skills in data analysis and visualization using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studios, SKAI (formerly Kenshoo), and Tableau. SQL knowledge is an advantage

Preferred candidates with expertise in providing tech adoption recommendations based on an in-depth understanding of the current and developing programmatic technology landscape. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.
