As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our services and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Your focus will be on managing service delivery processes, coordinating with various teams, and optimizing service quality. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in service management. 

What you'll be doing 

  • Oversee the end-to-end service delivery process, ensuring adherence to SLAs and client expectations 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define service requirements, delivery timelines, and resource allocation 
  • Monitor service performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency 
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for service-related inquiries and escalations 
  • Conduct regular service reviews, presenting performance reports, and identifying areas for service enhancement
  • Develop and implement service delivery policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent quality 
  • Lead and mentor a team of service delivery professionals, providing guidance and support in achieving service goals 
  • Proactively identify and resolve service-related issues, minimizing disruptions and maintaining high client satisfaction 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, recommending innovative solutions to enhance service delivery 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop service-level agreements (SLAs), negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field 
  • Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager or in a similar customer-facing role 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • Strong knowledge of service management principles, practices, and methodologies 
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams 
  • Proficient in project management tools and techniques 
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams 
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights 
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks is preferred 

Preferred candidates that have a strong background in service delivery management, preferably in a remote or distributed work environment. Experience in managing global teams and handling diverse client portfolios will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Service Delivery Manager (Remote). We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
