As an SMM Specialist, you will play a vital role in developing and executing effective social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. Your expertise in social media platforms, content creation, and analytics will be instrumental in achieving our marketing goals. 

What you'll be doing 

• Developing and implementing social media marketing strategies aligned with business objectives 
• Creating engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms. 
• Managing social media accounts and scheduling posts 
• Monitoring and analyzing social media performance using analytics tools 
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency 
• Engaging with followers and responding to comments and inquiries 
• Implementing paid social media advertising campaigns 
• Staying up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 
• Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends 
• Proficiency in content creation and copywriting 
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and data analysis 
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities 

Preferred candidates for this role will have a strong track record in developing and implementing successful social media marketing strategies. Experience in managing social media accounts and analyzing performance metrics will be highly valued. Additionally, candidates with a creative mindset, ability to adapt to the ever-changing social media landscape, and familiarity with social media advertising will be given preference. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced SMM Specialist. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
