As a Social Media Creative Specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing content for our social media platforms. Your creativity, design skills, and understanding of social media trends will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and driving audience engagement. 

What you'll be doing 

  • Developing creative concepts and ideas for social media campaigns 
  • Designing eye-catching visuals, including images, videos, and infographics 
  • Creating and curating content that aligns with brand guidelines and target audience 
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop social media strategies 
  • Managing and scheduling social media posts across various platforms 
  • Monitoring and responding to social media comments and messages 
  • Analyzing social media performance metrics and optimizing content accordingly 
  • Staying updated with social media trends, features, and best practices 
  • Conducting competitor analysis to identify opportunities and insights 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field 
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Creative Specialist or a similar role 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices 
  • Excellent visual design and layout skills 
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate unique ideas 

Preferred candidates for this role will have a portfolio demonstrating their creative skills in social media content creation. Experience in managing social media campaigns and utilizing analytics tools to measure performance will be considered an advantage. Additionally, candidates with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies will be given preference. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Social Media Creative Specialist. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
