As a Software Engineer, you are responsible in examining and refining current software and designing, building, and evaluating user-facing applications that fulfill user requirements through the use of programming languages. You will also concentrate on the intricate and substantial software systems that form the fundamental systems of the company. 

What you’ll be doing 

• Enhance system quality by identifying problems and creating standard operating procedures 
• Develop the digital service software offered by the company 
• Collaborate with product designers to improve service usability, efficiency, and effectiveness through your ideas 
• Set and adhere to project timelines and milestones 
• Stay informed about the latest advancements to create cutting-edge software 
• Join meetings with the Product Creation Team to brainstorm and provide feedback. 
• Maintain clear and effective communication with colleagues regarding project deadlines and product details 
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing software 
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills in managing time, projects, and communications, especially emails 

Requirements 

• A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is necessary. Proficiency in a high-level programming language such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, etc., is required 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Constantly updated with the latest hardware systems and coding advancements 
• Passionate about problem-solving and finding practical solutions 
• Familiarity with algorithms and data structures 
• Strong analytical and logical skills with the ability to visualize processes and results 
• Skilled in troubleshooting software issues and debugging a large codebase 

Preferred candidates who relevant work experience or an enthusiasm for the field, displays meticulous attention to detail, demonstrates a high level of responsibility and can work independently.  Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.   

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Software Engineer. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
