Filled Positions

 As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for scanning social media and portfolio platforms for potential candidates, dispatching recruitment emails, and coordinating an efficient employee referral program. You are also establishing a robust pool of skilled candidates to fulfill both our present and future staffing requirements. 

What you’ll be doing 

• Developing and executing sourcing strategies to identify and attract suitable candidates in a designated area 
• Being the primary point of contact for candidates, providing exceptional candidate support and conducting pre-screening before including them in the recruitment process 
• Proactively locating potential candidates through various channels such as social media, job boards, ATS, and other innovative methods to build a pool of pre-qualified talent that aligns with the company's workforce goals 
• Providing screened and qualified candidates to recruiters for critical hiring needs 
• Keeping detailed and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions 
• Maintaining communication with the existing talent pool to gather market intelligence and inform them of current and future opportunities 
• Performing background checks on candidates selected by recruiters 

Requirements 

• At least 2 years of sourcing or talent acquisition experience in either an agency or corporate setting 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
• Knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn or other databases (e.g. Indeed, OnlineJobs, Glassdoor) 
• Practical experience with ATS 
• The ability to effectively represent the company to candidates. 

Preferred candidates who merge expertise in sourcing methods, display a significant degree of accountability and can work autonomously.  Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.
