As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals.

What You'll Be Doing 

  • Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork 
  • Vigorously participate and discover opportunities for Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives 
  • Aid in overall support for special projects 
  • Help the Talent Acquisition team with organizational and administrative duties 
  • Prepare, post, and manage job ads within the Talent network 
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers 
  • Overseeing hiring processes using electronic Applicant Tracking Systems or CRMs 
  • Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science or related fields  
  • Must have at least C1/C2 Level English (both written and spoken English) 
  • Experience in driving diverse talent and building talent networks   
  • Superb organizational and management skills  
  • Strong verbal and written skills  
  • Can work in fast-paced atmosphere  
  • Experience in recruitment and/or HR  
  • Can work independently or in a team  
  • High analytical-thinking skills and attention to details 

Preferred candidates with advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms, good interpersonal and organizational skills and attention to details. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
