As a Workday LMS Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of our learning management system. What you'll be doing 

  • Administering the Workday Learning Management System, including user administration, security settings, and system configurations 
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and design learning programs and curriculum structures 
  • Configuring and managing course content, assignments, assessments, and learning paths within the LMS 
  • Conducting regular system audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards 
  • Monitoring system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing enhancements to optimize the learning experience
  • Providing end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training to system users 
  • Collaborating with HR and L&D teams to ensure seamless integration between the LMS and other HR systems 
  • Staying updated with Workday releases, new features, and industry best practices related to LMS administration 
  • Generating reports and analyzing LMS data to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and identify areas for improvement 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience 
  • 3 years of experience as a Workday LMS Administrator or in a similar role 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Learning Management System, including administration, configuration, and reporting 
  • Proficiency in managing user administration, security settings, and system configurations within Workday LMS 
  • Experience in designing and configuring learning programs, curriculum structures, and course content
  • Solid understanding of learning management best practices, industry standards, and compliance requirements 
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to LMS administration and user support 
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and provide end-user support 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively 

Preferred candidates that have 3 years of experience as a Workday LMS Administrator or in a similar role, demonstrating strong knowledge of Workday Learning Management System administration, configuration, and reporting. Preferred candidates exhibit proficiency in managing user administration, security settings, and system configurations within Workday LMS. Experience in designing and configuring learning programs and course content, along with a solid understanding of learning management best practices, compliance requirements, and troubleshooting LMS-related issues, is desired. We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Workday LMS Administrator. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
