We are looking for an onsite Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end design across a growing set of surfaces, including native applications and integrations. You will turn complex, data-heavy, AI-driven capabilities into simple, intuitive user experiences. We are specifically looking for designers who have worked on agentic or autonomous AI products, not dashboards, assistants, or AI-enhanced features.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end product design across multiple surfaces, from early concepts through execution and iteration
- Translate complex, data-heavy and AI-driven capabilities into simple, intuitive, and scalable user interfaces
- Design and iterate on chat-based and table/spreadsheet-style interfaces with a strong focus on clarity, usability, and information density
- Identify repeating patterns across the product and abstract them into consistent, reusable interaction and design systems
- Partner closely with engineers and product managers, working both synchronously and asynchronously without rigid handoffs
- Clearly communicate design decisions, including rationale and tradeoffs, and push back thoughtfully to protect focus and quality
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of relevant product design experience
- Experience designing for **agentic or autonomous AI products** — not dashboards, assistants, or AI-enhanced features
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and high-quality execution
- Experience designing **chat-based or conversational interfaces**
- Experience designing **table or spreadsheet-style UIs**
- Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and data-rich experiences
- Advanced proficiency in **Figma**
- Experience with prototyping tools (Figma Prototypes, Framer, or similar)
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries
- Comfort collaborating closely with engineers and understanding modern frontend frameworks
